Welcome to LeElara. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the LeElara website, online store, products, and related services.
By visiting our website, placing an order, creating or using an account, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or place an order.
1. About LeElara
LeElara is an online retail store offering apparel, accessories, graphic products, and other merchandise.
Certain products sold through LeElara are produced on demand and fulfilled using third-party production and fulfillment providers, including Printful and Printify.
For products fulfilled through Printify, manufacturing and shipping may be completed by an independent print provider operating through the Printify network. For products fulfilled through Printful, Printful may manufacture, package, and ship products directly to customers on our behalf.
Your purchase relationship is with LeElara, not with Printful, Printify, or an individual Printify print provider.
2. Eligibility and Use of the Store
You may use our store only in accordance with applicable law and these Terms & Conditions. You are responsible for ensuring that information you provide to us is accurate, complete, and current.
You must not use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, deceptive, infringing, harmful, or unauthorized purposes.
3. Products
We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, images, colors, sizes, dimensions, materials, and other information accurately.
Because many products are produced individually after an order is placed, minor differences can occur between digital product images or mockups and the finished physical item. These differences may result from printing methods, garment materials, production batches, display settings, manufacturing tolerances, or the fulfillment location used for the order.
Normal manufacturing variations do not necessarily mean that a product is defective.
4. Print-on-Demand Products
Many LeElara products are made to order. Production may begin shortly after an order is confirmed and submitted to our fulfillment partner.
Because products may be produced specifically for your order, cancellation or modification may not be possible after fulfillment has started.
Please review the following carefully before completing your purchase:
- product and design;
- size;
- color;
- quantity;
- personalization details, where applicable;
- shipping address.
5. Product Availability
We do not guarantee that every product, variant, color, size, print provider, shipping method, or production location will remain continuously available.
A product may become unavailable, be substituted where permitted, be temporarily paused, or be discontinued because of supplier availability, production limitations, shipping restrictions, technical issues, or other operational reasons.
6. Prices
Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website. We may change product prices at any time, but price changes do not normally affect orders that have already been accepted and paid for.
Shipping charges, taxes, customs duties, import fees, or other applicable charges may be added where required.
7. Orders
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected products. An order is not guaranteed until it is accepted and successfully processed.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:
- incorrect pricing or product information;
- suspected fraud or unauthorized payment;
- payment failure;
- technical or system errors;
- supplier or fulfillment restrictions;
- unavailable production capacity;
- shipping restrictions;
- prohibited, unlawful, or infringing personalization content;
- legal or regulatory requirements.
If we cancel a paid order that cannot be fulfilled, we will handle the payment according to our refund obligations and applicable law.
8. Payment
Payments are processed through payment providers available through Shopify checkout.
LeElara does not normally receive or store your complete payment-card details when those details are processed directly by a payment provider.
You are responsible for providing valid and accurate payment and billing information.
9. Production and Fulfillment
Depending on the product, your order may be produced and fulfilled by Printful, Printify, or an independent print provider operating through Printify.
Different items in the same order may be produced at different facilities and may arrive in separate packages.
Production times shown on our website or in order communications are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
10. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping and delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless we expressly state otherwise.
Delivery may be affected by circumstances outside LeElara's reasonable control, including:
- carrier delays;
- customs processing;
- weather;
- holidays;
- high order volumes;
- production interruptions;
- incorrect or incomplete addresses;
- local delivery disruptions.
Tracking information, where available, will generally be provided after shipment.
11. Customs, Duties, and Import Charges
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, handling fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country or carrier.
Unless applicable law requires otherwise, these charges are the customer's responsibility.
12. Shipping Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
If an order cannot be delivered because the address provided was incomplete or incorrect, additional shipping or reshipping charges may apply. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect customer-provided address information where permitted by law.
13. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements
Returns, replacements, exchanges, and refunds are governed by the LeElara Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.
Because many products are made to order, requests involving buyer's remorse, an incorrectly selected size, an incorrectly selected color, or another customer-selection issue may be treated differently from claims involving a damaged, defective, misprinted, incorrect, or qualifying lost product.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
14. Reporting an Order Problem
If there is a problem with your order, please contact LeElara as soon as reasonably possible.
We may request information necessary to investigate the issue, including:
- your order number;
- a description of the problem;
- photographs of the product;
- photographs of the packaging;
- shipping or tracking information.
This information may be shared with our fulfillment partner so the issue can be investigated and resolved.
15. Personalized and Customer-Submitted Content
If you submit text, images, logos, artwork, photographs, names, or other content for a customized product, you confirm that you have all rights and permissions necessary to use that content.
You must not submit content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, deceptive, hateful, or otherwise prohibited by applicable law or our service providers' requirements.
We may reject or cancel an order containing content that we or a fulfillment partner reasonably determine cannot be produced or fulfilled.
16. Intellectual Property
The LeElara name, branding, original designs, graphics, website content, photographs, text, and other materials may be protected by copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, commercially exploit, falsely represent, or create unauthorized derivative uses of LeElara content except where permitted by law or with our permission.
17. Third-Party Services
LeElara relies on third parties to operate parts of the store and fulfillment process, including Shopify, payment processors, shipping carriers, Printful, Printify, and Printify print providers.
Those services may be subject to their own terms, privacy policies, operational rules, and availability.
LeElara is not owned or operated by Printful or Printify and does not claim to be their agent unless expressly stated otherwise.
18. Privacy
Your use of the store is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information is collected, used, disclosed, and protected.
19. Prohibited Conduct
You must not:
- use the website or services for unlawful activity;
- attempt to interfere with the security or operation of the website;
- submit false, deceptive, or fraudulent information;
- attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, payment functions, or data;
- use automated methods to disrupt or misuse the store;
- submit infringing or prohibited content;
- resell, reproduce, or misuse protected LeElara content without authorization.
20. Service Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the website, checkout, products, fulfillment services, or third-party systems.
We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or restrict parts of the service where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, supplier changes, or operational reasons.

This section does not exclude or limit liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims, or expenses arising from your unlawful use of the website, your violation of these Terms & Conditions, or content you submit without the required rights or permissions.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable law, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rules that apply to your purchase.
Nothing in these terms removes rights that applicable law requires us to provide.
